Professional Services Rates (On-site and Remote.)
Our standard consultancy rates are divided into support categories depending on the level of service needed
- $160ex per hour for senior technicians (Level 2, 3 and above)
- Day rates available (usually 40% discount)*
- $120ex per hour for junior technicians (Level 1, Helpdesk)
- Day rates available (usually 50% discount)*
- $100 per hour – Schools, Not-for-Profit Organisations
- Day rates available (usually 50% discount)*
- Project rates will be quoted and negotiated on a needs basis, often some projects may contain a mix of Senior and Junior work rates.
- After hours 50% loading between 5pm and 10pm and 6am to 9am
- After hours 100% loading between 10pm and 6am
*Based on 9 hour day 8am to 5pm, with 8 billable hours – technicians will be required to have 1hr available for a lunch break at an appropriate time – usually negotiated between technician and client representative.

On-Site Rates
Call out fees will be applied depending on the situation
- Call-outs fee will not be charged for all day rate jobs
- Standard fee is $50 call-out
- Travel charge is not charged for travel under 1 hour, however will be charged at the rate of the attending technician if travel is more than one hour away (in standard traffic conditions.)
- Where travel is over 100kms a subsequent 70c per km will also be charged for every km over 100km
- Tolls, parking, interstate travel and accommodation will be on-charged and where possible the client will be informed of pending charges prior to the job commencing.
- Any jobs which require Interstate or long distance travel should be booked no less than 2 weeks in advance – unless in the case of emergency, however it should be expected that emergency tariffs may apply.
