Hours of Operation

We pride ourselves of our ability to be contacted quickly and working on problems within minutes 24/7/365. We are available for emergencies every day of the year including Christmas day and all public holidays – with the only exception being for ANZAC day morning.

Regular work is usually defined as being during normal business hours, project work including late night or weekend scheduled periods.

Normal hours:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Out of Hours is 6am to 8am, 5pm to 10pm

Out of Hours double time is 10pm to 6am
